How to plan your wedding without a wedding photographer
The idea that a wedding is the best thing that can happen to you is probably the most common one in American life, and one that many wedding photographers have been trained to believe for years.
“When you’re a bride, your wedding is where you go to find love,” says Shannon McAlpin, a wedding planner in San Antonio, Texas.
“The moment you go in, it’s the moment you make love to your soul.”
And while the idea of a bridal party at your wedding may seem like a dream, there’s a lot of research that backs up this notion.
The study of more than 7,500 brides, bridesmaids, bridal assistants, and brides-to-be found that there are many factors that can impact the amount of time couples spend together.
The main reason is that time spent together affects how much they spend on their wedding day.
This can be a very positive thing, as long as you’re prepared for that.
“You’re always in control of how much time you spend together,” says McAlpins, adding that you should plan to spend less time together than you might think.
“If you spend more time together, you’ll be happier,” she says.
“And if you spend less, you won’t be happy.”
Here are some tips for planning your wedding with your best friend: Don’t buy a lot, McAlpins says.
Instead, consider spending $500 or less on a venue, or a hostel.
And make sure you take the time to see a couple of couples you know in person.
“It’s the best feeling when you know that you’re going to be together for a long time,” she explains.
“A good wedding is a really memorable one.”
